Getting Started with Poll Everywhere

Learn how to use Poll Everywhere, Cornell’s new polling tool that is available for free to all instructors, support staff, and students. This workshop will offer demonstrations of the main features, including how to create and launch polls and how to connect Poll Everywhere to your Canvas courses, as well as hands-on activities.

Audience

This workshop is for instructors who are new to using Poll Everywhere. We provide an introduction to this tool, which can be an effective part of creating a dynamic student learning experience.

Poll Everywhere - Canvas Grade Connection

The purpose of this workshop is to demonstrate a new connection between Poll Everywhere and Canvas Grades and to allow participants to enter graded or participation points in Canvas from Poll Everywhere activities. This workshop will offer a demonstrations of this new feature as well as hands-on activities.

Audience

This workshop is for instructors, TAs, and course support administrators who currently use Poll Everywhere and want to learn more about the new connection between Poll Everywhere and the Canvas Gradebook.
